About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at a popular and busy stand alone restaurant offering all day dining and dinner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume, full-service restaurants with a stable track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall performance of the outlet, ensuring successful and profitable operations
- Provide exceptional customer service through our Front of House (FOH) team
- Oversee Back of House (BOH) operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Maintain strong financial acumen to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements
- Hospitality Tertiary qualification
- 4 years restaurant management experience in well-known fast-paced brand restaurants (A la carte full service restaurants)
- Must come from busy and high-volume A la carte restaurants or steakhouse franchise operations
- Not from Fast Food, QSR, or Wine Estate operations
- Strong FOH, BOH, and Financial Acumen
