Job Description

Provide administrative support to the sales team. Process orders on behalf of reps via email or phone. Check data accuracy in quotes, orders and invoices. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries only if needed (preference is no contact with customers, the Sales Representative should do this). Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Develop monthly sales reports. Assist Sales Representatives with sourcing, purchases orders, quotes and invoices as per their requirements. Assist with stock take counts Processing Orders through the online shop, including contacting customers if required. Packing orders, including printing labels and invoices Basic Stock Management in the designated area where stock sold online will be kept. Dealing with any online enquiries from customers. Assist in online promotion work as and when required. Assist with any online marketing material or online administration and data capturing Assist with counter sales. Ad hoc tasks given by the Manager. Minimum Grade 12. Valid Drivers License. At least 3 years sales or sales related experience is required. Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with high level of dedication. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
