About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at a well-known dealership in Welkom, specializing in motor industry services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Foreman or Manager in the motor industry and possess relevant trade testing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Supervise and train workshop staff to achieve optimal productivity
  • Coordinate with customers and dealerships to schedule repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and customer information

Requirements
