Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, accurate with admin, and comfortable working in a fast-paced depot environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for calling existing customers to secure daily orders, processing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and keeping accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing customers daily to secure product orders
- Generate accurate customer invoices on the company system
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and overdue payments
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing records
- Support daily depot administration
- Assist with customer queries when required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous experience in a depot, logistics, dairy, or FMCG environment
- Strong telephonic communication skills
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Basic accounting or invoicing system experience
- Must currently reside in Cape Town or surrounding areas
- Must be able to work full-time on site in Kraaifontein
- Willing to work overtime from time to time
