As a Business Systems and Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our business systems, maintaining data integrity across platforms, and delivering meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Manage business systems, data integrity, and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage data feeds between Paradigm, Azure databases, and other business systems Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reporting tools Analyse operational and production data to provide actionable business insights Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of inventory codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Support costing accuracy through BOM maintenance and variance analysis Coordinate new product setup, code creation, and system integration requirements Monitor and manage order processing workflows and resolve system-related issues Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective data and system management Skills and Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in database management and Business Intelligence tools Strong understanding of business systems and operational processes Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 23 years’ experience in Computer Programming, Data Analysis, or a similar role Experience working with SQL databases Knowledge of MRP and Business Operating Systems Experience with data reporting and dashboard development Turn data into insights.
