About the Role
Time Personnel is seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Quality Coordinator to join their team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of the data management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of data quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously scrutinizing data for abnormalities or inconsistencies
- Daily maintaining the highest standard of data with excellent attention to detail
- Effectively managing and organizing large volumes of geophysical data
- Managing file naming conventions, metadata management, and proper archiving
- Adhering daily to established quality control protocols
- Managing standardized checklists and procedures
- Ensuring daily consistency and accuracy in data evaluation
- Collaborating with field crew to address and resolve quality-related concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
- Matric
- Graduate, minimum diploma or equivalent, with an interest in IT or geology advantageous
- Ability to effectively manage data
- Proficiency in Excel
- Tech/IT enthusiast
- Keen eye for detail with a high level of attention to detail
- Passion for maintaining the highest standard
- Enjoys structure and routine
- Good Communication Skills and a keen team player
