Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or 5-star environments
- Strong sales background (marketing knowledge advantageous)
- Relevant qualification in Sales or related field (management qualification beneficial)
Technical Skills
- Understanding of yield management and occupancy forecasting
- Experience with market analysis and sales planning
- Knowledge of reservations and revenue systems
- Understanding of rate-building and distribution strategies
- Financial acumen and commercial awareness
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (advantageous)
