Job Description
- Plan and manage daily and weekly logistics, including collections and deliveries
- Oversee and manage floor staff, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews and record checks
- Handle customer communication, including calls and service queries
- Coordinate and assist with deliveries and collections where required
- Manage invoicing and general administration
- Control stock, consumables, and ordering processes
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs of equipment
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both domestic and commercial services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations or general management, preferably within a service-based environment
- Strong staff management and leadership skills
- Experience managing logistics, scheduling, and customer service
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of stock control and invoicing processes
