About the Role
Intellistaff Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Reservationist/Admin Coordinator to join our team at a picturesque lodge in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, guest communication, administrative coordination, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all lodge reservations, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Respond professionally and timeously to guest enquiries via email and telephone.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Prepare reservation confirmations, invoices, and guest correspondence.
- Maintain accurate booking records and occupancy schedules.
- Liaise with travel agents, tour operators, and online booking platforms.
- Ensure all guest requests and special arrangements are communicated to relevant departments.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Previous experience in hospitality reservations, front office, administration, or lodge coordination.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential.
