Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and client service support to Financial Planners
• Assist with client onboarding and FICA compliance
• Process new business and investment transactions
• Prepare client review packs and financial reports
• Maintain accurate client records on CRM systems such as Xplan
• Liaise with product providers and internal teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services / wealth administration
• Experience supporting financial planners or wealth advisors
• Xplan or similar financial planning system experience
• Knowledge of FAIS and FICA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Additional Information

• Office-based role (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday)
• Candidates must be able to commute to Westville daily
