About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Pronel Consultants in Sandton. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for preparing quotes for clients, handling customer tele-sales queries, and updating clients on processed orders. You will also work closely with production, warehouse, and distribution to manage accurate despatch and deliveries to customers. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to present the range of our company products to existing and prospective clients, handle negotiations, and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of quotes for clients
- Following up on quotes sent out to clients
- Following a call cycle alongside external sales representative
- Take and process client orders
- Updating clients on processed orders
- Handling customers tele-sales queries and enquiries
- Work closely with production, warehouse and distribution for managing the accurate despatch and deliveries to customers
- Internal and external sales filing and admin
- Sourcing new clients
- Accurate processing and management of sales orders on the SAGE ERP system
- Accurate capturing of new and updated existing customer account information on the ERP system
- Perform a tele-selling function to existing and potential new customers to promote and increase sales
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years proven experience as a Sales position
- Grade 12
- Ability to deal with customers
- Proven track record of successfully meeting Sales quota
- Computer literacy essential with good administrative abilities
- Knowledge on SAGE ERP system
