About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical ability, leadership maturity, and excellent client confidence. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept through to site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality technical drawings independently, including detailed joinery, layouts, and construction packs suitable for contractors.
  • Lead projects from concept through to site implementation, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Strong technical ability in interior design and spatial planning.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Excellent leadership maturity and client confidence.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

A formal qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is preferred.
