About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for driving organic search growth and improving online visibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute SEO campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Roll out SEO strategies and monitor performance
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and build action plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and planned initiatives
  • Contribute insights to quarterly reviews
  • Conduct technical SEO, including comprehensive audits using industry-standard tools
  • Resolve crawlability, indexation, and site health challenges
  • Compile clear technical recommendations for developers
  • QA and validate SEO changes post-implementation
  • Monitor technical performance indicators such as page speed and UX signals
  • Perform keyword research aligned to search intent and business goals

Requirements

  • 25 years of practical SEO experience (agency experience preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and website structures
