About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MIS / Reporting Specialist to join our team, providing critical support to our clients across the travel management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reporting framework for clients
- Analyse data from invoicing systems and online booking tools to derive insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Present findings and dashboards to management with clear narrative and business relevance
- Perform data audits and proactively resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting
- Recommend and implement improvements to MIS processes, structures, and tools
- Lead or support the integration of Power BI into client and internal reporting environments
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a reporting, data analysis, or MIS role
- Demonstrated expertise in using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel (advanced), and/orTableau
- Experience working with large data sets from multiple sources (ERP, invoicing, online tools)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in evaluating and improving reporting systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals
- Advanced Excel certification (e.g., MOS: Microsoft Office Specialist)
