About the Role
A 20 bed luxury lodge on the KZN North Coast is seeking an experienced Game Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury game lodge management and excellent administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lodge operations, ensuring high standards of professionalism and attention to detail
- Supervise and train staff to achieve optimal performance
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets effectively
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years game lodge management experience, preferably as an Assistant Lodge Manager
- Experience in luxury game or safari lodges with under 20 rooms
- Stable work record with at least 2 years of experience in 5* luxury game lodges within the past 2 years
