About the Role
We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisors to join our team on a fixed-term, 6-month contract in Botswana. As a key member of our mining project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction activities within a defined timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Enforce strict adherence to mining safety, quality, and environmental standards
