About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quotes and Proposals: Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients
  • Client Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for new and existing clients
  • Marketing Support: Provide support for marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
  • Weekly/Monthly Reports: Generate reports using Asana task report and tax process KPI reports
  • Client Admin Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to client management
  • Networking: Attend events and conferences to build relationships with clients and partners
  • Ad Hoc Project Execution: Execute projects as needed, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and deadlines

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in an office administrator/customer service/clerk role
  • Experience working in a corporate company environment with strong personalities
  • Experience dealing with SARS, CIPC, and other related registration offices is advantageous

Qualifications

  • Matric (compulsory)
  • Secretarial Diploma/Certificate is advantageous
