About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotes and Proposals: Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients
- Client Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for new and existing clients
- Marketing Support: Provide support for marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
- Weekly/Monthly Reports: Generate reports using Asana task report and tax process KPI reports
- Client Admin Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to client management
- Networking: Attend events and conferences to build relationships with clients and partners
- Ad Hoc Project Execution: Execute projects as needed, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and deadlines
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an office administrator/customer service/clerk role
- Experience working in a corporate company environment with strong personalities
- Experience dealing with SARS, CIPC, and other related registration offices is advantageous
Qualifications
- Matric (compulsory)
- Secretarial Diploma/Certificate is advantageous
Salary & Benefits
- Valid Drivers License and own transport are required for deliveries and collections
- Travel will be reimbursed at standard rates
