Job Description

HR Co-ordinator Reporting to: HR Manager Seniority Level: Management Region: SA – Limpopo Duties and Responsibilities: Labour Management and Recruitment Support Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage databases, and prepare HR documents Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, support conflict resolution, foster workplace culture Training & Development: Coordinate programs, track progress, support performance management Benefits Administration: Assist with enrolment, updates, and employee queries Health & Safety: Collaborate to promote safety and well-being culture Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 5-10 years HR operations experience in mining, construction or similar 3 years leadership experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
