About the Role
CallForce is seeking results-driven B2B Sales Consultants to acquire and grow corporate clients and SMEs offering tailored communication, connectivity, and digital solutions. The role focuses on engaging decision-makers, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored voice, data, cloud, and connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage new B2B clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Sell telecommunications products and solutions including voice, data, fibre, mobile, and related services.
- Conduct needs analyses and present customized solutions aligned to client business requirements.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (required)
- 24+ years B2B sales experience (telecommunications preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling telecom, ISP, connectivity, or technology solutions
