Safari JOBS is recruiting for an Executive Housekeeper opportunity with a highly regarded luxury hospitality property in a sought-after Big 5 reserve setting. Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record references will be verified; Excellent English fluency & literacy; Computer literate; Hotel School Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality/Accommodation services; Solid experience as a Housekeeping Manager/Executive in a 5 star environments Finer attention to detail and maintaining a guest centric approach in everything; Ability to drive change and to look for operational efficiencies / synergies; In-depth knowledge of laundry operations; Excellent communication skills and developed emotional intellect ??? ??????????????? Managing the housekeeping department efficiently according to company policies and 5 star standards; Responsible for delivering excellent guest service at all times and maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property; Monitor staff productivity and day to day admin and operational functions; Responsible for monitoring the consumption and procurement of guest amenities, linen, chemicals and cleaning supplies; Provide oversight, support, and guidance to the housekeeping team, while planning, preparing, and implementing ongoing training and development initiatives; Staff rostering and leave planning; Relevant meetings, handovers, and briefings with housekeeping department team; Ensure all public areas are maintained and consistently presented to the highest standard; Maintaining guest satisfaction by responding to their housekeeping needs efficiently; Relevant maintenance reporting; Relevant reporting prepared and presented to the GM ??????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Basic monthly remuneration of approx. R25 R28, 000.00 NEG. PLUS – Accommodation (partly/basically furnished) & own bathroom; 2 meals per day from the staff canteen; Provident fund – 100% coverage by the company; Medical Aid membership is a compulsory part of the package, offering employees the security of ongoing cover, with the full contribution payable by the employee; Uniform and laundry thereof; Complimentary staff shuttle service is provided for shift transport, with pick-up before each shift and drop-off after each shift for staff living within approximately 20 km of the property in surrounding local communities. Work Cycle: 21 days on, 7 days off Must be flexible and open to possible change in line with operational requirements. ??????????? ???????
