Job Description
Key Responsibilities
– Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations
– Assist with sales performance, stock management and customer service delivery
– Supervise and guide the sales team, storemen, drivers and pickers/packers
– Ensure accurate stock control, order processing and deliveries
– Assist with sales targets, operational efficiencies and branch performance
– Support staff supervision, training and workflow management
– Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
– Ensure company policies, safety and operational procedures are followed
Minimum Requirements
– Matric (additional relevant courses advantageous)
– 5+ years experience in motor parts sales or automotive aftermarket environment
– Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts
– Experience with stock control and branch operations
– Strong customer service and sales ability
– Good leadership and team supervision skills
– Computer literacy (MS Office and stock systems advantageous)
