About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Home Loans Collections portfolio, driving strategic leadership and expertise in collections, recoveries, and portfolio optimisation. As Head of Home Loans Collections, you will be responsible for providing guidance and oversight across various functions, ensuring robust governance and credit lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Home Loans and Collections portfolio, including impairments, recoveries, and portfolio optimisation
- Lead and develop specialist teams across quantitative analytics, collections, recoveries, and secured lending
- Oversee legal, regulatory, compliance, and foreclosure processes, ensuring robust governance across the credit lifecycle
- Drive data-led insights to enhance collections efficiency, minimise losses, and improve portfolio profitability
Requirements
- Degree in Business Commerce, Finance & Accounting, Mathematical Sciences, Risk Management, or a related quantitative field
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM) qualification – required
- 10–15 years’ experience leading a Home Loans or Vehicle & Asset Finance portfolio
- Strong Retail Banking background (secured lending preferred; unsecured considered)
- Proven track record designing and executing largescale collections and recovery strategies
- Demonstrated leadership of quantitative analytics teams
- Deep understanding of credit risk management, portfolio analysis, collections, and recoveries
- Hands-on experience overseeing legal processes, regulatory compliance, and foreclosure activities
