About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist / Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Paarl. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying our brand’s presence on the global stage. With a strong technical foundation and a passion for storytelling, you will help turn our ideas into impactful campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the Brand
- Turn market insights and customer understanding into a clear, differentiated brand position
- Define and refine the brand voice, tone, and identity across all platforms
- Keep a close eye on competitors and spot opportunities to stand out
- Drive Campaigns
- Conceptualise and execute campaigns that support product launches and brand growth
- Own and grow the LinkedIn presence and broader digital footprint
- Create content that connects from social posts to website updates and presentations
- Support visual storytelling through video and digital assets
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in brand, marketing, or digital roles
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable)
- A strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
- Confidence working across both strategy and hands-on delivery
- Proficiency in marketing analytics & automation tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience with social media management platforms (WordPress / WooCommerce or similar CMS platforms)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Canva, presentation tools, Microsoft O365
