About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors at all times
- Manage reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Liaise with clients at all levels, ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Certificate or diploma in a business or administration field
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Well-spoken and confident communication skills
- A minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role
