Job Description

Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team.

This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with the ability to communicate across all levels and functions of the business. Furthermore, the candidate has the ability to multitask, working on various projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities will include:

Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
Translating business needs into functional documentation.
Documenting procedures and workflows.
Supporting project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
Managing requirement changes and maintaining BA documentation.
Supporting UAT and ensuring features meet requirements.
Continuously improving analysis tools and processes.

Required skills and experience

Relevant tertiary qualification
5-8 years of similar business analysis experience
Understanding of payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) would be highly beneficial
Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio
Fluent in business English; additional languages will be seen as beneficial
Valid drivers license, own transport
