Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Marketing / Sales advantageous
At least 3 years Sales Manager experience
Agricultural background essential
Strong knowledge of fresh produce and seasonal variations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must have strong leadership and communications skills
A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skill
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Present, promote and sell products
Build long term relationships with customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Take responsibility for customer complaints and actively work to resolve them
Manage sales team, Drafts person & marketing activities
Address internal staff issues (Sales department)
Oversee annual sales budget, territory estimates & market potential
Admin duties
