About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Controller to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and technicians, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issuing of stock and toners
  • Logging on and off of all service calls
  • Building strong relationships with Clients and Technicians
  • Efficient follow-up skills to clients and technicians
  • Feedback given to clients and communicating should any parts be required
  • Dispatching service calls to a technician
  • Following up on calls
  • Order any parts that may be required and communicating ETAs on parts
  • Logging of toner calls
  • Capturing meter readings
  • General office duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 Years experience in Office Automation technical department
  • BPO experience would be an advantage

  • Formal education/certifications not specified
