Job Description

Company and Job Description: 
You will assume full responsibility for the performance, growth, and operational excellence of a multi-revenue business, with autonomy to drive strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Full P&L ownership across fuel, convenience, and QSR divisions  
  • Drive revenue optimisation across multiple income streams  
  • Ensure strong margin management and disciplined cost control  
  • Oversee franchise compliance and execution of brand standards  
  • Lead and develop multi-shift retail and food service teams  
  • Deliver operational excellence in high-volume trading environments  
  • Report to group shareholders and ensure adherence to governance structures 

 
Job Experience and Skills Required: 
We are looking for commercially astute individuals who: 

  • Have led multi-revenue environments (QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), retail, FMCG, hospitality, or franchise)  
  • Bring strong financial acumen with proven P&L ownership  
  • Understand high-volume, operationally complex businesses  
  • Demonstrate an ownership mindset, not just an employment orientation  
  • Are motivated by autonomy, accountability, and long-term value creation
