About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our Rewards ecosystem, driving innovation and delivering measurable customer and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Rewards programmes, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
- Define and establish project governance frameworks, including steering committees and delivery structures
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, data, compliance, and external partners
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Oversee partner onboarding and integration within the Rewards ecosystem
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure change management and adoption of new capabilities across the organisation
- Maintain full ownership of delivery performance (scope, time, cost, quality)
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Rewards / Loyalty Programmes
- Deep understanding of: Rewards models and benefit structures
- Rule engines and programme changes
- Partner ecosystems and onboarding
- End-to-end Rewards programme lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 8-10 years’ experience in Project / Programme Management
- Track record of delivering large, complex, strategic initiatives
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance environments
- Strong exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
