East London: Marketing Execution Lead ((in-office)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Execution Lead to join our fast-growing health and performance brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution across all marketing channels, working closely with leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate campaign strategy into detailed execution plans
• Manage timelines across content, influencers, paid media, and activations
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Own the planning and delivery of photo and video shoots (agency coordination, briefing, timelines)
• Ensure all campaigns go live on time and to a high standard
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
• Campaigns run on time, every time
• Establish clear structure across a previously fragmented team
• Deliver high-quality content consistently

Requirements

• Matric/ Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary/ qualification
• Min 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination ability
• Experience in marketing, campaigns, or agency environments preferred
