About the Role

The Property Services Administrator role is an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our Cape Town City Centre office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and manage service provider follow-ups
  • Process work orders, invoices, and service-related documentation
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and contract administration
  • Handle tenant queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with compliance, inspections, and health & safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and filing systems

Requirements

  • Matric relevant qualification
  • Minimum 3 years experience in commercial property or facilities administration (essential)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
