Job Description
About the Role
The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail centre, focusing on maximizing trading opportunities and ensuring the financial performance of the portfolio remains stable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease agreements to optimize trading opportunities
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with local authorities, tenants, general public, and public bodies
- Oversee personnel management, including service contractors and building administration staff
- Coordinate repairs, revamps, tenant installations, inspections, and other maintenance tasks
- Ensure the building’s income stream is optimized through effective relationship-building and financial management
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Related Diploma or Degree in Retail Centre Management or Property Management
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Retail Centre Management or Property Management field.
