About the Role
Our client is seeking a SAICA Accountant to join their growing professional team, offering a unique opportunity for a recent graduate with strong advanced CaseWare experience and a solid foundation in accounting and auditing principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and financial statements
- Conduct client interviews and gather information to support audit findings
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Utilize CaseWare to analyze financial data and identify trends
- Collaborate with senior accountants and other professionals to deliver high-quality audit services
Requirements
- SAICA registration (recent graduates or those nearing completion of their training contract)
- Advanced CaseWare experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards (IRBA, SAICA, and SAIPA)
Qualifications
- Completed SAICA training contract within a firm
- Registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA)
