About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Install, commission, and maintain production equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified Millwright
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Experience working with motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and rotating equipment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Qualifications
Trade Test certification required
