About the Role
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling to businesses that donate to charities and support various initiatives, utilizing their excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients in sectors such as corporates, charities, disaster relief organizations, and event management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches to decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of Genesis Nutritions meal solutions.
- Cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media (if applicable) to support sales efforts.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Comfortable with cold calling & presentations
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Target-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Digital marketing & social media skills (bonus, but not required)
- A qualification in Sales, Health, or Marketing (Matric + additional certification)
