About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Randburg, responsible for leading the HR department and driving strategic initiatives that support business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage smooth running and achievement of departmental objectives and targets
- Implement and manage staff training and upliftment programs
- Oversee payroll experience, BEE, EE planning and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Manage recruitment processes and ensure effective employee relations
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with company requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 – 6 years in a supervisory/managerial position
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
