About the Role

Marvel Placement Consultant is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in underground mining to lead our client’s project team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
• Ensure alignment with mining production timelines
• Supervise all construction activities on-site

• Manage subcontractors and construction crews effectively

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
