About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced T&D Project Manager to oversee and manage the development and implementation of training and development programs within their organisation in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working within the training and development field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to meet the needs of our organisation
- Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with department heads
- Create project plans and timelines for the development and implementation of training programs
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of training programs to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the training and development field
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred
