About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Breakfast Chef to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in Camps Bay, Western Cape. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast service in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellent kitchen organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Manage stock and minimise wastage
- Ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Formal culinary qualification advantageous
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong breakfast service experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with good organisational and time-management skills
- Own transport
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently
