About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Johannesburg West. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for managing core financial processes, supporting operational teams, and ensuring high standards of reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full finance function and monthly reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance
- Review reconciliations and support statutory requirements
- Provide financial insights to support operational performance
- Assist with process improvements and internal controls
- Guide and support junior finance staff where required
Requirements
- Education: BCom Accounting or equivalent
- Experience: 1–3 years’ post-articles experience
- Skills:
- Strong Excel and reporting capability
- Systems-driven mindset, exposure to ERP systems beneficial
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable in an office-based, hands-on role
Qualifications
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
