About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnership management and pipeline development. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners and acquisition channels
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through tailored solutions and initiatives
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
Ensure all parties meet agreed service levels and performance expectations
Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of quality leads
Support revenue growth through proactive partner engagement and opportunity identification
Monitor and report on partnership performance, including pipeline metrics and conversion rates
Drive structured communication with partners to resolve issues and optimise performance
Deliver training and enablement to partner teams to improve opportunity identification

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous (e.g. Business, Marketing, Communications or similar)
Minimum of 4 yearsâ experience in sales, partnership management, or channel management
Proven track record in building and maintaining external relationships
