About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnership management and pipeline development. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners and acquisition channels
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through tailored solutions and initiatives
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
- Ensure all parties meet agreed service levels and performance expectations
- Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of quality leads
- Support revenue growth through proactive partner engagement and opportunity identification
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, including pipeline metrics and conversion rates
- Drive structured communication with partners to resolve issues and optimise performance
- Deliver training and enablement to partner teams to improve opportunity identification
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across multiple channels
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous (e.g. Business, Marketing, Communications or similar)
- Minimum of 4 yearsâ experience in sales, partnership management, or channel management
- Proven track record in building and maintaining external relationships
