About the Role
Delmas is seeking an experienced Feedlot Manager to lead our large-scale livestock operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems, as well as excellent leadership and financial management skills.

Requirements
- Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (Strongly preferred)
- Experience: 5 – 8 years in feedlot management of large-scale livestock operations
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale
- Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
- Communications Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities
- Problem-Solving: Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure
