About the Role
Our client is seeking a Unit Manager to join their team in Gauteng, leading their Oncology Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals in the Oncology Unit
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Monitor unit operations and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- SANC Registered Post-Basic Qualification in Oncology
- OR 5 years of experience in Oncology and Haematology
- Relevant Management Qualification
- Computer proficiency
- 2 Years of managerial experience in a Private Hospital setting
- Experience in clinical leadership
