  • Manage all administrative functions for a commercial, retail, and industrial property portfolio.

  • Process and reconcile monthly rental invoices, statements, and arrears follow-ups.
  • Consult with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of building-related issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in MDA property management software.
  • Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and monthly reporting for property owners.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, municipal requirements, and company policies.
  • Support the property management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
