Aspire Recruiting is seeking an accurate and safety-conscious Grain Grader on behalf of a leading client in the agricultural sector. This role is vital for maintaining the quality and safe storage of raw materials in a fast-paced silo environment. Core Responsibilities:

  • Commodity Diagnostics & Classification: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments on all inbound agricultural batches, classifying materials precisely against complex proprietary and industry matrices.
  • Quality Assurance Enforcement: Enforce uncompromising quality benchmarks, guaranteeing that all delivered raw commodities strictly meet non-negotiable baseline standards before acceptance.
  • Terminal Asset Management: Supervise the secure, systematic allocation and long-term stockpiling of approved materials within large-scale bulk storage facilities.
  • Infrastructure Servicing: Coordinate and monitor vital preventative maintenance schedules for bulk storage infrastructure to maximise operational uptime and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Academic Foundation: A valid Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or a formally recognised NQF Level 4 equivalent.
  • Industry Accreditation: Mandatory possession of a recognised and fully comprehensive “Full Spectrum” grading certification.
  • Operational Pedigree: A minimum of 36 months of active, hands-on operational experience within a bulk agricultural storage or terminal environment.
  • Administrative Proficiency: At least 12 months of demonstrated competence in handling back-office systems, compliance documentation, and general system administration.
