Hotel Duty Manager | Luxury Property Group | Camps Bay Camps Bay, Western Cape Salary: R18,000 – R28,000 (DOE) Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a confident and experienced Hotel Duty Manager for a luxury property group based in Camps Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about delivering seamless five-star service ✨ The successful candidate will take ownership of daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments including breakfast service, housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house functions, while leading teams across rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments ✔ Manage breakfast service and ensure exceptional guest dining experience ✔ Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations ✔ Lead and supervise staff across multiple shifts ✔ Ensure guest requests and issues are handled efficiently and professionally ✔ Maintain high service standards across all touchpoints ✔ Support operational reporting and daily handovers ✔ Ensure consistent communication between departments Requirements: ✔ Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in hospitality ✔ Strong operational hotel knowledge ✔ Semper PMS experience strongly preferred ✔ Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays ✔ Strong leadership and team coordination skills ✔ Calm, composed, and professional under pressure ✔ Warm, guest-focused approach with firm and fair team management style Ideal Candidate Profile: ✔ Confident in managing multiple departments simultaneously ✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail ✔ Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills ✔ Guest-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury hospitality environment where service excellence and operational precision are key. ⚠️ If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
