About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating site activities, managing teams, and supporting project delivery from planning through to execution. You will be working on high-impact projects, including E-House builds at Cape Town Harbour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Leadership & Execution: Supervise electrical installation teams on-site
  • Ensure that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
  • Coordinate activities across contractors and project stakeholders
  • Plan daily and weekly work schedules
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment for each project
  • Align site activities with project programs and milestones

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 years in electrical engineering or construction
  • 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or mining environments
  • Proven experience working on remote project sites

Qualifications

  • Electrical Trade Test or Electrical Diploma Registered (or willing to register) as an Installation Electrician
