About the Role
Join our client’s 2-to-3 year development program as a Junior Sales Trainee, designed to launch your career through high-investment mentorship. With national rotation opportunities and competitive gross CTC, you’ll embark on a structured career path within the industrial and civil engineering supply sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to a 2-to-3-year development horizon in this junior entry-level role.
- Complete all technical training modules at various supplier facilities.
- Rotate through the Gauteng warehouse to learn stock and logistics.
- Train at the specialist valve facility to gain technical product expertise.
- Learn manufacturing and technical specifications at the precast concrete factory.
- Assist with office-based sales and internal support functions between rotations.
- Develop 360-degree knowledge of the entire product range.

- Willingness to relocate or travel for 3-month stints during training phases.
