Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator Hybrid (Home & Office) based in Cape Town Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing coordinator to build, manage, and execute our marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation and qualification. This role is ideal for someone who understands solution selling in a B2B / ERP environment and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. The Marketing coordinator will be responsible for brand positioning, demand generation, partner marketing with an ERP Provider, and coordination with external marketing service providers. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Own and manage the overall marketing function for the company Develop and refine the companies brand positioning and messaging Create and maintain brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral Ensure consistent branding across all channels and materials Demand Generation & Lead Management (Primary Responsibility) Drive lead generation programs aligned to the company sales strategy Manage and optimize Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Qualify inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with sales Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI Partner & Ecosystem Marketing Manage the companies relationship with their ERP provider from a marketing perspective Coordinate CIAB (Campaign in a box)-related and other marketing initiatives Liaise with ERP contacts, including coordination with their Marketing lead. Support co-marketing activities, campaigns, and events Events, Webinars & Conferences Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and live events Coordinate the companies participation in industry conferences and trade shows Manage pre-event promotion and post-event lead follow-up Digital Marketing & Vendor Coordination Act as the primary liaison with digital and marketing and Lead Generation providers Overseeing companies strategy and goals Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or professional services Strong background in solution selling and consultative marketing ● Demonstrated success in lead generation and MQL management ● Experience with branding, positioning, and marketing collateral development ● Familiarity with Acumatica or ERP ecosystems is highly preferred ● Strong event management and vendor coordination skills ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills What Were Looking For ● A self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership ● Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability ● Comfortable working closely with sales and leadership ● Organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
