About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, supporting the Workshop Manager in managing daily workload efficiently and maintaining high administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workload efficiently and maintain high administrative standards
  • Build and maintain sound working relationships with other departments
  • Ensure adherence to all service department procedures and processes
  • Invoice and cost job cards on a daily basis
  • Identify, process, and manage warranty claims accurately
  • Follow up on warranty claims daily to ensure timely resolution
  • Submit customer goodwill claims where failures occur outside warranty parameters
  • Prepare and manage all weekend and month-end reports
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and warranty parts
  • Liaise and communicate effectively between head office and relevant stakeholders
  • Provide relief support to the Service Advisor when required
  • Prepare daily summaries of work in progress
  • Perform any additional duties reasonably required by management

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or higher qualification
  • Minimum 23 years warranty experience within a passenger or commercial vehicle dealership
  • Warranty and costing background is essential
  • Truck industry experience preferred
  • Valid Code 8 drivers licence
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Ability to read and write in English
